Central Sikh Temple Ground Breaking Ceremony The Central Sikh Gurdwara Board begins the upgrading  project at Central Sikh Temple. This project is aimed at improving the facilities to serve Sangat better and to meet the changing needs of the community. The Ground breaking ceremony was held on 3 Jan 2010 at 9:30 am. This ceremony was led by prominent Sikhs who have contributed much to the Sikh community.
Sikh Divine Music at the Esplanade If you enjoy Simran and you missed the Simran by the seaside on 2nd May 2009 at the Open Air Pavilion at the Esplanade, then you missed a beautiful and mesmerizing Simran performance.

The organiser of "A Tapestry of Sacred Music" Miss Yati, commented a few weeks later that, "it was spiritually up lifting experience and we are all still talking about it".
Sikh Graduates The Sikh Centre together with Young Sikh Association (Singapore) are jointly organising a networking session for Sikh graduates for 2009.

This event was held at the POD, National Library on 19 Sep 2009.

The Guest of Honor for this event was Ms Grace Fu, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Education.
Sikhism 101 2nd Graduating Batch Sikhism 101 2nd Batch who were presented certificate for there successful completion of course on 6th March 2010. Include the pohtograph Back Row  extreme left Mr. Dilbagh Singh (Chairman Sikh Centre),  Front Row no 4 from left Mr. P.Harbans Singh is our special Guest for presenting cetificates to the students, Jaswant Singh (Course Lecturer), Ash Singh our seminar speaker and extreme right Mr. Karpal Mehli (Presendent Central Sikh Gurdwara Board).
Voices for Peace On 19th February 2010, the Gurmat Sangeet Academy performed in an inter-faith musical sharing session, jointly hosted by the Christian community and the Explorations into Faith (EiF) inter-faith group at the Church of St Mary of the Angels. The performance by the Gurmat Sangeet Academy began with an introduction of the Sikh religion and  Sikh Kirtan different types of traditional musical instruments and how they are played . For many, it was an enriching and memorable experience to listen to Sikh Kirtan soothing musical piece of “Waheguru” simran  accompanied by the traditional musical instruments.
